Messaging privacy notice

Scope

This notice applies to the Alice operational messaging program operated by Thomas Gallaway Corporation doing business as Technologent. It supplements the Technologent privacy policy.

Information we handle

Alice may handle the following information for this messaging program:

• Your name and mobile telephone number.
• Your consent status and the date and method of consent.
• Message delivery, response, help, and opt out activity.

How we use this information

We use this information to:

• Send operational notifications and escalation messages you agreed to receive.
• Manage message preferences, help requests, and opt out requests.
• Protect, operate, and support the messaging service.
• Meet applicable legal and messaging compliance requirements.

Mobile information stays private

Mobile information and text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers only as needed to operate and deliver the messaging program. Those providers may use the information only to provide those services.

Messaging disclosures

Message frequency varies based on operational events and your configured notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Retention and protection

We retain messaging information only as reasonably necessary to operate the program, document consent, honor preferences, resolve issues, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect it.
